1. What does PrimePlug sell?

PrimePlug is your plug for sought-after clothing, limited drops and statement pieces. We curate a selection of quality items — from everyday essentials to eye-catching limited editions and collabs — so you can find pieces that complete your outfit without endless scrolling.

2. How long does delivery take?

Most orders within the Netherlands arrive within 10 working days. Once your order is on its way, we'll keep you posted. Haven't received your package after this period? Reach out via our contact page and we'll track down what's going on.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. The item needs to be unused, in its original packaging with all labels attached. Just contact us with your name and order number, and we'll send you the return details. Note that some sale and heavily discounted items can't be returned — check our Return Policy for the full conditions.

4. Which payment methods can I use?
