Return Policy

PrimePlug Return Policy

At PrimePlug we do everything we can to give you a great experience. If a purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you have the option to request a return within 14 days of receipt. A few conditions apply.

✅ When can you return?

  • You report your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is returned to us unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
  • The cost of returning the item is paid by you.
  • You can request a return easily via 📧 PrimePlugClothes@gmail.com or through our contact page.

🔁 Refund or exchange

Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll confirm this by message. If everything is in order, we'll arrange a refund or an exchange — the latter depending on whether the item is still in stock.

❌ What can't be returned?

A few types of items fall outside the return policy:

  • Products from the final clearance or sale
  • Items discounted by 40% or more
  • Custom-made products or items ordered specially for you

An example: if you buy something at 65% off, such as one of our limited edition drops (think the FC Barcelona x Travis Scott shirts), this counts as clearance and cannot be returned.
