Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the delivery time for my order?
Most parcels arrive a little faster in the Netherlands! Normally you'll have your package within 10 working days.

What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
If this period has passed and you still haven't received anything, let us know via the contact page. We'll then look into what's going on with your parcel.

2. I want to exchange/return my order — how do I do this?
To send a return, simply contact our customer service via the contact page. Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) from your confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We'll then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. Once that's done, you can send the product back to us via a courier of your choice.

3. What are the costs of returns?
Unfortunately, returns are at your own expense. The cost therefore depends on the courier. Check the website of the courier you'd like to ship with for more information on pricing.

4. What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
There is always a 14-day return period. The return period starts on the day you received the item. However, there are conditions attached to returns. You can only return the item if:

  • The return period has not yet expired
  • The product is in its original packaging with all labels still attached
  • The product has not been used

Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit card, VISA & Amex. If you're not sure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to view all available options. All transactions run through secure and trusted payment systems, so you're completely safe.

5. What if I haven't received a confirmation email for my order?
That shouldn't happen — please try to reach us via the contact page or in another way. We'll help you as quickly as possible.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Want to cancel your order for any reason? Send an email to our team or reach out via the contact page as soon as possible. Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) from your confirmation email, and preferably the reason you'd like to cancel.
